As you can see the event was not only well received by the pupils but also by the staff involved with the facilitating. As a whole we were very impressed with your professionalism, everything was delivered just as you stated it would be, and you very effectively covered all the points I asked you to. But perhaps more importantly we were extremely impressed with the rapport you immediately struck with the pupils. You kept them attentive for the whole day and especially through some intense, but necessary, PowerPoint presentations. Through talking to pupils afterwards and looking at the evaluation forms, I have no doubt that the learning objectives were achieved and pupils found the event both enjoyable and informative. In this respect it has been the best Enterprise Event we have had from an outside agency.

First and foremost please accept my sincere apologies for not making contact with you before now following your most excellent two days with us in March. I know the Head was going to write to you, as he like us all were really pleased with the events. Thank you for your expertise, enthusiasm and friendly attitude to everything we did. All the staff and pupils were buzzing about it and we sincerely hope that we can continue our links over the coming years.

You impressed everyone with the impact you created over the two days... and how expert you were in using the group dynamics in a given space. We always find that as good as we are, information is always more readily received when given by an outsider with whom the pupils respect... Many thanks for the 2 days and the tremendous feedback from the students. Glad to hear you enjoyed yourselves too. Schools tend to be rather insular and we compare our students to times gone by and it’s nice to hear from someone outside just what a nice bunch we have.

Having spoken to them since, they really did enjoy the days and I am pushing to try to get the go ahead for a study skills day - need to persuade someone to part with some money.

On behalf of the staff and students, may I thank you for the excellent time we enjoyed yesterday at the Conference. If I was apprehensive at the start, then I was delighted at the finish because it turned out to be such a good experience for all participants.

The Form Teachers have been telling me this morning that the students were really buzzing about the day, something different from the normal run of lessons but also a challenging event, full of the sort of competitive edge that they enjoy. Indeed it seems that enjoyment was the key to yesterday. The different tasks were all accessible and gave everyone a chance to participate. For the students, the key learning points came in having to work together as a team, realising that communication is vital to make progress and understanding the importance of listening carefully to your customer.

I do hope there will be a next time; I shall be talking to the Headmaster about this very soon, but I know he was delighted with the way that the whole day went and has asked me to pass his personal thanks to you. The success of the day was down to the professionalism and enthusiasm that you brought personally to the event. For that we are extremely grateful.
