Introduction
Our work related learning and enterprise programmes have been created through listening to teachers and students and creating imaginative solutions to meet the needs identified. This process makes sound business sense and so is on-going!
Whilst we offer a good range of imaginative programmes designed to meet most work related learning needs in schools, every programme has been designed to be capable of tailoring to individual needs of schools.

Unique Delivery
Our unique methods of delivery ensure large numbers of students (commonly 120 with two experienced facilitators) are exposed to and engage with our material in a very positive way. Given adequate physical space and support we can also run multiple programmes (commonly 240 students with four experienced presenters) on a single day.
Cost Effective
Our programmes offer high quality, cost effective solutions for schools seeking to give all students the opportunity to experience these potentially life changing events.
We have worked with all types of schools and abilities, from inner city to leafy suburb, gifted and talented to special needs. We’ve experienced all types of behaviour and have seen most things and are rarely ‘fazed’.
The success of a programme is due to the meticulous pre-planning that goes into running an event, the partnership between Giant Impact and the school staff and the inspirational presentational skills and passion of our facilitators.
All our facilitators are CRB checked.
Quality Assurance
We monitor the effectiveness of our programmes through student and teacher evaluations. Student feedback is summarised for the school and this report can be helpful when demonstrating compliance for Ofsted inspections.
